The scooter services rode a wave of hype, and I suspect the severity of the backlash to scooter debris — and the vandalism — was greater than the companies and their investors expected. Sales are expected to launch in the first quarter of 2019 for Arte by Antonio Citterio, a collection of 16 oceanfront, ultra-luxury condominiums spanning more than an acre in Surfside, an exclusive neighborhood between Miami Beach and Bal Harbour. Most versions have an outer form and an inner form — the trough is made in the space between them. In her book, Chips offers a simpler version that dispenses with the inner form. The walls are built up by applying a mix by hand in courses.
